Price does not include transport although transfers to and from Cape Town can be arranged. A percentage of the profit will go to an education centre in the local village which empowers children and adults to find work and improve their quality of life.
Yoga teacher, storyteller and urban priestess Bridget Luff will be your guide for this retreat. She grew up in South Africa and still feels its dust in her heart and bones. Bridget is an experienced yoga teacher based in London and will share her extensive knowledge of the body, yoga and what it means to tune into our raw and wild nature. There will be quiet time for yourself to just be and explore as well as opportunity to meet some of the local community - people from all walks of life - and get to hear their stories.
